End User & Desktop Support Engineer – Madrid


  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows Vista OS.
  • Experience in imaging software for OS deployment.
  • Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
  • Excellent knowledge on SCCM client for software deployment
  • Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
  • Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge on Windows Servers (Win2003 & Win2008) and different role like Print, File, DHCP, DNS servers etc.
  • Good knowledge in server racking, cabling, configuration & troubleshooting of RSA/ILO.
  • Configuration on Backup, Backup status, Restoration of file.
  • Basic troubleshooting on servers
  • Basic knowledge on network, wireless router configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Communication in Local & English languages
  • Good documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting


  • Working knowledge of Vmware ( VDI management etc)
  • Microsoft Windows Certificate – MCPIT/MCP etc
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Knowledge on configuration of mobile devices
  • Knowledge on iPAd,iPhone configuration
  • Understanding of ITIL framework.
